Room was basic with no AC, but view was stunning!

I had a great time at the Guesthouse! The cultural atmosphere was really cool, and breakfast had plenty of tasty options. The location was convenient, just a quick drive from town. A bummer about the limited parking signs, though.

This place was an excellent fit for a short stay in Dobbiaco with high value for money. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, making our arrival smoother than expected. Make sure to ask about local restaurants beforehand to avoid hunger later on.

The location is simply unbeatable, right in front of the train station. I arrived with bikes, and Laura was super helpful, showing me how to get the keys via SMS which made things easier. The breakfast was excellent with a nice variety, and the ambiance was superb. I loved the view from my room of the beautiful Dolomites countryside. it was breathtaking. The place had a charming cultural center downstairs with people practicing piano, adding a lovely touch. However, the room had some issues. The bed felt extremely hard, causing discomfort and sleepless nights. The bathroom door could use some maintenance too. Even with the big windows and balcony, opening them invited bugs, and without air-conditioning, the room got stuffy. Noise from neighbors was noticeable at night, especially when staff left for the evening.

We enjoyed the beautiful grounds, which made our family outings delightful. The packed breakfast was a hit with my teenagers. The location is perfect for exploring nearby spots, including the charming town and scenic lakes. The friendly staff enhanced our overall experience.

My wife says that the beds were quite hard, leading to discomfort.

The grounds are green and pretty in the summer. You must open the window for air.

I just love everything here! ! The view from our room is amazing, beautiful Dolomites countryside. Receptionist is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a nice variety. Highly recommend!

The location is ideal, right in front of the train station, making access easy. The breakfast selection was extensive, featuring Koshihikari rice, which was a delightful surprise. However, the room had a hard bed that impacted my sleep quality, and the bathroom door was in need of maintenance. Additionally, noise from adjacent rooms was disruptive at night, detracting from the overall comfort of the stay.

Had a great time with friends! The garden was perfect for chilling and hanging out after a day of skiing. The ski storage space was super convenient. We enjoyed exploring the local area and recommend checking out the breakfast spread. it was solid, with fresh bread. Just a tip, plan ahead for dining since options nearby are limited.

Unfortunately, the bathroom door needed some maintenance, which was a bit frustrating during our stay.
